LENT LUNCHES

During Lent the Weobley and Staunton Group of Churches will be holding Soup Lunches on Mondays from 12 noon to 2 pm to raise money for Water Aid, for communities in the poorer countries of the world where clean water is unavailable. There is no charge for the meal but donations are invited instead.

Do come and join us. All are welcome. The first lunch is on Monday 22nd February at the home of Julian and Jill Gallimore, the Old Rectory, Norton Canon and the second on Monday 1st March at the home of Don and Derys Maddox, the Old Forge, Letton. It would helpful but not essential to telephone your hosts to give an idea of numbers. Do give me a ring for further information. Susan Verwey
