REMEMBRANCE DAY SERVICE

REMEMBRANCE PARADE & SERVICE WEOBLEY – 10 NOVEMBER 2019 10.45am

On Sunday 10 November 2019 Weobley will join with the rest of the Nation in the Annual Act of Remembrance. The focus of our remembrance will be the laying of wreaths and observing of The Silence at the War Memorial in the Churchyard at 11:00am. This will be followed by the Church Service in the Parish Church conducted by the Reverend Martin Loveless, a retired Royal Air Force Chaplain who is also one of our Clergy Team. In the event of wet weather, the laying of wreaths and observing of The Silence will take place in the Parish Church prior to the Remembrance Service.

Everyone is welcome to join us.  Coffee will not be served after this service due to numbers

NOTE: To enable volunteers to clean the area in advance of Remembrance Sunday, all wreaths and crosses from previous commemorations will be removed from the War Memorial during the preceding weeks.
